National symposium on proteins from microalgae

After the very successful PROTEINA conference 2017 on the subject of rapeseed proteins, this year’s topic deals with proteins from microalgae.

In particular, the topics of cultivation and oil production from microalgae played the main roles in algae biotechnology in the past decades. Downstream processes also generates valuable proteins that contribute to value creation and can be used in the food and non-food sectors. November 12, 2018, we will discuss following interesting subjects:
