INSECTA 2023

In 2022 the INSECTA Conference became a full success once more. More than 230 participants from about 30 countries enjoyed a great diversity of topics and inspiring keynotes. With eleven sponsors and more than 60 industry representatives, the INSECTA Conference has established itself as a place where science and industry engage in fruitful exchange. It took place in Gießen (Germany), September 14-16, 2022. The INSECTA 2023 will take place on Sept 13-14, 2023 in Magdeburg, Germany.

Registration for INSECTA 2023

I would like to register for the INSECTA meeting on 13 and 14 September 2023 in Magdeburg.

Participation fee


The conference participation fee includes: Participation in the conference, including meals, conference drinks and conference documents. Participation fees are not subject to VAT (tax exemption according to § 4 No. 22a UStG.).

The participation fee for the programme includes the evening programme on September 13.

Do not pay until you receive your invoice. Do not pay without invoice number. Payment is possible only by bank transfer.

After your registration you will receive an invoice for the conference fee for immediate transfer (within 14 days) to the following bank account (payments in cash are not possible):

Any bank charges incurred shall be borne by the applicant.

Cancellation terms


For cancellations (only in writing) a handling fee of 90,- Euro will be charged. For cancellations after 11.08.2023 the full participation fee will be due. In case of cancellation, please state your name, address and invoice number (only in writing).


The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme due to current events.
